Join us to uncover and understand unconscious bias, power and privilege.

In this 1 hour recording, you will be guided by Amil Reddy, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional.

Together, we will uncover and begin to understand systemic inequities and the shifting landscape. Building on this knowledge, participants will be invited to analyze their own power and privilege within these systems, reflect on other lived experiences, and leave with ways to broaden their perspectives.

This is a recording of the live workshop that we hosted with Amil online in January, 2021. It has been edited to remove time spent in breakout rooms and to protect confidentiality of participants.

The video is hosted on Vimeo, a platform that is free for participants and easy to use on a variety of devices. You will need to have a device that is capable of playing audio and video and an internet connection.
