Annika Raithby

Annika Raithby is a group facilitator who is passionate about supporting and educating people to be more connected to themselves, their friends, and their family. She believes that this kind of personal development work is necessary to help people feel more of themselves, expand their passions and make an impact in their lives and the world around them.

Annika studied Child and Youth Care at Vancouver Island University and trained extensively at The Haven, on Gabriola, from a young age. Her knowledge and experience greatly inspired her interest in working with young people and families.   She also loves hands-on creativity.   She trained to be a professional hair and makeup artist, working in film and television, and as a highly esteemed stylist.  She loves this creative outlet as a way of connecting with others.

Annika has created and lead personal development programs and training programs around Canada, Russia and China, and is excited to continue online.

Upcoming Programs by Annika Raithby

Teens Alive 1

Also With Mackenzie Dickson and Linda Nicholls

August 16 - 19, 2025
This program was created 20 years ago especially for teens. In our teen years, we have an important opportunity to learn about our ‘self’ and to learn to communicate clearly from this place of strength. We can improve and deepen friendships and relationships, and also learn to be emotionally self-supporting. Teens Alive is designed to encourage you in this process. Over the last twenty years, David and Linda have gathered and supported a wonderful team of facilitators and youth assistants who have helped make the program what it is today. Annika Raithby and Mackenzie Dickson will be teaming up with Teens Alive creator Linda Nicholls to lead the program with a new updated structure co-designed with David and Linda.
