“Find ways to harness what you have with you all the time for comfort, for soothing, for grounding.”

There is a voice, a call, that is both Universal and deeply personal. Sound, Belonging and Wholeness is about remembering how to listen to that voice. It is an exploration of what it means to belong in the deepest sense—as the loving Presence we all are. In Presence we belong to the Whole: the Universe, the sun, the moon, the earth, our human and more-than-human communities, and each other. And we belong to ourselves.

Using your own unique and natural sound—your voice—as a vibratory “welcome mat” to Wholeness, we will explore together, through meditations, exercises, and focused listening practices, our innate belonging in Wholeness. No external vocal training is required, simply the willingness to explore, with non-judgmental curiosity, how your own sound is your most powerful vibratory portal to wellbeing and to a deeper awareness of belonging in Wholeness.

Curious? Join us Wednesday, January 13th, 5:30pm PT, for a FREE one-hour introduction to Sound, Belonging and Wholeness.

“I was able to find ways to value my individuality, my vulnerability and creativity – all within a community of beautiful people.”
