Listen. Are you breathing just a little and calling it a life?

– Mary Oliver

Topsy turvy times are continuing to keep us and our world on tilt in one form or another! It is vital that we recalibrate and refresh our personal systems in order to navigate within this cosmic shakedown.

Breathwork is the most potent recalibration tool there is.

Breath is the splendid regulator and unifier of life. Deep breaths are like little love notes to your self.

Learn, integrate, and sustain your vital breathing practice with us.

Not only does mastering the gift of breath offer enormous physiological and emotional benefits, skillful, intentional breathing is potent medicine for opening your self into the vast, infinite space that each of us is – vastness of mind, heart, loving, wisdom and inner strength.

Most of us are unconscious of our restricted breathing and the detrimental impact that has on the multiple dimensions of our existence.

Integrating natural, life-enhancing breathing (the way we are actually designed to breathe) and learning breathing methods for specific purposes, such as soothing anxiety, or expanding consciousness, is an enormously beneficial life skill. When you become in charge of your breathing you become in charge of your life.

How long it takes to embed, integrate and sustain any new lifestyle pattern is debatable, however two key elements required are repetition and regularity.

In order to support you through your personal recalibration, we’re offering an accessible opportunity for repetition and regularity in this online series.

There will be four weekly, early evening sessions (PT) to get together, learn about and have personal experience with a range of methods. You will then be supported between sessions with recorded guidance so that you experience the benefit of regular repetition.

Although it is highly recommended that you attend each of the four sessions live on Zoom to ask questions and receive guidance, the teaching components of the sessions will be recorded so that if you do have to miss one, you can catch up before the next session as well as make the most of the between-session reminders.

Breath is life. We should pay as much attention to it as any other aspect of beingness.

– Swami Nostradamus Virato
