For leaders, managers, team coaches, group facilitators and anyone interested in building skills toward dealing with interpersonal and group conflict.

In organizations, conflict effectiveness is crucial to team cohesion, staff retention, innovative practice, motivation and meeting objectives. Learn how a process-based approach” can enhance your capacity to facilitate interpersonal conflicts and tensions.

Are any of these statements true for you?

I want to…

  • Discover how to remain present and facilitative in conflict.
  • Respond to direct and indirect accusations/criticisms.
  • Work with power, rank and diversity issues.
  • Practice tools for unfolding conflict and heightening awareness.
  • Learn why and when to bring in personal feelings and experiences.
  • Include and value all points of view using the practice of Deep Democracy.
  • Gain access to an online skill-building community with others who have studied processwork with David.

If you said “yes” to any of the above, this online program may be a perfect opportunity to learn how to facilitate conflict with a process-oriented approach.

About Processwork:

“Process Work is so powerful. Conflict Facilitation as opposed to Resolution offers so much learning and wisdom if allowed time to be experienced, felt, slowed down and investigated. Working through conflict with trained and compassionate leaders is life changing, and so so necessary given our current political and global climate crisis.” – Tina, past participant.

The theory and methodology offered in this training are from Process Oriented Psychology or “processwork.”  Processwork is an awareness-based paradigm of personal and collective change.  Over the last 40 years, processwork facilitators have been invited to share these methods in many of the more conflict-intense parts of the world.

Format:

“I LOVE David’s facilitation style. He’s kind, inclusive, direct, inventive and fun.” – Louise, past participant.

In this online program, conflict facilitator David Hatfield will offer a mix of experiential invitations, information sharing, participant interaction, and personal reflection, with opportunities for coaching and feedback.

This program spans 3 days over Zoom, with breaks in each session.
