FREE! ONLINE: Navigating Conflict and Anger in Relationship
With Greg Gurel
March 17, 2026
Humans all have a wonderful uniqueness which gets highlighted in relationships of all kinds. How each person addresses the differences resulting from their uniqueness, can bring them closer together or create distance.
Getting closer is usually the objective in relationship, becoming distant is often a problem that can result in the eventual ending of the relationship, whether that be in friendship, community, romantic, or work contexts. Addressing differences is often labeled as “conflict”, and when anger emerges in the conflict, the result is almost always distance.
Understanding the role of “anger” in conflict can help to have conflict be connecting rather than disconnecting.
Join Greg Gurel for this free online session where he will offer insights on how you can learn to navigate conflict and anger in a safe and boundaried way to support healthy relationships of all kinds.
Tuesday March 17th from 7:30-8:15pm.
