Friends & Family of Haven Alumni,
We’d like to invite you to our weekly online check-ins! These 90-minute Zoom calls are an opportunity to be with others who value open and honest communication and connection. We meet as a large group for a grounding experience and then split into smaller groups to share what we’re experiencing and hold space as others do the same.

This opportunity is facilitated by a volunteer team of Haven Faculty, Assistants, and Interns and is intended to be accessible to all with an opportunity to pay what you can. Some people join weekly, others drop in as desired.

We do not teach Haven curriculum during these calls. We hope you will review some of our models and concepts online and ask your alumni connection to share more about their Haven experience with you.

Creating a safe container where people can be vulnerable is important to us. You will be asked to keep the content of the calls confidential.

Social distancing does not have to mean loss of connection. Now more than ever, we need to create ways to open our hearts and minds, to ourselves, to one another, and to the world.
